Once you received your purchase, you are entitled with seven days of appreciation period (including holidays). Within this period, if the product has not been unsealed, used or intentional tampered with, we will accept returns or replacements. However, we will not be able to provide returns or exchanges or the following circumstances, unless the product is defective:
- Utensils and towels: due personal hygiene, once the item has been unsealed, we are unable to accept returns.
- We are unable to provide refunds or exchanges for used items
- Items labeled as “non-returnable item” in the product description
- Contact us (via email or call us at 02-27650488)
- Our customer service will contact you for the further arrangements
- Freight forwarder will retrieve the item
- Confirmation of returned item
- Refund will be made upon confirmation
- Please return our products in its original condition and packaging, along with the enclosed invoices and tax receipts. If merchandise packaging integrity is incomplete or damaged, unfortunately we will have to reject your return request. Once we have received and verified that all returned items are in order, we will process your request as soon as possible.
- Refund will be made once the return items are received and confirmed without any dispute, it will take between 7-15 days for you to receive the refund. We will issue back the credit to your credit card company and the credit refund will be reflected in your next billing cycle. The refunds are only for price of the item(s), excluding shipping and handling fees. You may also verify the credit issued with your credit company.
